How Subscriptions Work
When you sign up for our bi-monthly subscriptions, you'll be charged for your first box on the day you subscribe, and your payment method will be automatically charged every two months from that date for the subsequent boxes. You'll receive the next available box after the date you subscribe (please refer to our subscription cut-off dates here). Boxes are shipped bi-monthly, by the last day of the month. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email when your box is shipped, and in most cases you should receive the box within 1-2 weeks of the shipment date.
Can I pause or cancel a subscription?
Yes, of course. You can pause or cancel your subscription any time you want in the customer portal, as seen in the image below. The customer portal can be accessed through the magic link you'll receive in the email sent to you when you place your initial subscription order in our shop. (If you don’t see the email in your inbox please check your spam or junk folder.)
You also have the option to access your subscription portal through your customer account on our website (if you have not yet created an account and would like to do so you can set one up here).
Please note that subscription charges are not refundable, so if you've already been charged for the next box at the time of cancellation you'll receive one final box to fulfill that payment.

Can I skip a charge?
Yes, if you would prefer not to receive a particular box, you can skip the charge for that box in your customer portal. Each scheduled charge will have a Skip payment button next to it, which you can use to skip that charge. You won't receive the corresponding Yarn Club box, and we'll resume shipment of your boxes after the next scheduled payment is completed.
Can I add products to my subscription?
If you'd like to order additional items from our store to be shipped with one of your Yarn Club boxes, please contact us and we'll be happy to provide you with a discount code for free shipping. You can then place your order on our website and we'll hold your items to be shipped with your next scheduled Yarn Club delivery.
What happens if the payment can't be processed?
If your subscription charge is not completed because a payment can't be processed, you'll receive an email with a link where you can safely update your payment method. You can also update your payment method at any time through your customer portal.
